How to benefit from our tax refund service?
Your tax refund request must be done on the same day of your purchases, with your receipts and your original passport. Your purchases must total a minimum of 175.01€. You will receive a 12% (excluding commission fees) refund on purchases over this amount, made in the same store in a single day (excluding services, Gourmet and galerieslafayette.com).
When leaving the E.U., make sure to have your tax refund slip validated by Customs at the airport, station or land border within 3 months of making your purchases.
You can stamp your forms for goods without contacting Customs by using the PABLO barcode reader. PABLO readers are generally located near Customs offices in international airports, ports and at border crossings.
