An incredible new space dedicated entirely to leather goods, and whose selection is regularly updated according to the seasons, has just opened on the ground floor of the main store. Exclusive designers or legendary brands, they all share a sense of style and boldness.

In this space, iconic French Touch brands (Céline Lefébure, Maje, Sandro, A.P.C.) rub shoulder-straps with American brands exclusive to France! Let’s take a closer look at some of them.leather goods department

Atelier du Gard has its roots amidst the vineyards of a small village located between Nîmes and Avignon. Created by Estelle Casals in 2016 in keeping with an artisan savoir-faire, the brand stands out for its range of handbags manufactured in France using vegetable tanned leathers.

Created in 2013 by Célia Pezareix, Célia et Louise is a handbag brand that proudly asserts itself as Made in France. The concept? A unique model, rectangular in shape, enhanced by a brass handle, designed for daily use and that gives that certain je-ne-sais-quoi so envied of Parisian women.

Céline Lefébure created her eponymous brand in 2014 and designs refined, timeless collections, without any visible branding. Manufactured in Italy in workshops specially selected for their expertise and attention to detail, the raw vegetable tanned leather bags acquire a subtle patina over time.

Claris Virot’s creations reflect her passion for fashion, travel and precious hides. Since 2014, the designer has proposed a range of simple, sophisticated accessories, whose scales structure the soft and supple cuts. Wear them by day and by night.

In 2007, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen created Elizabeth and James, a brand aimed at a new generation of demanding women, on the hunt for pure aesthetics. Their designs mix tradition and contemporary trends, masculine and feminine, streetwear and haute-couture.

Jessie Randall merged her name with her husband’s, and for over 10 years has been creating discrete, elegant designs aimed at modern women. Her leather bags and accessories combine textures and colours to suit every occasion.

Born in 1979 in Fano, in the province of Pesaro and Urbino, Orciani is the symbol of artisan Italian talent. For four decades, the brand, founded by Claudio Orciani, has stood for the values of aesthetics, modernity and authenticity. Its bags are created from supple leathers enhanced by textured details.

Raphaëlle Protais and Pauline Simonin met in September 2014. The former is meticulous, the latter driven. Both are the product of artistic career paths. They founded the company Paulette et Simone in March 2015. To begin with they did everything by hand: from support materials to the creation of their bags and clutches.

The brand grew rapidly. In June 2015, the two designers called in a Parisian leather goods workshop, which now manufactures the Paulette et Simone collections. They still draw all the models as well as all the patterns for the Jacquard fabrics, which are woven in France by Jules Pansu.

The creations of Charlotte Balme, designer for the brand Yvonne Yvonne (her middle name), echo the different facets of a single woman. Each model has its own raison d’être, within a perspective of timeless fashion, somewhere between heritage and modernity.
