Chef Julien Sebbag (of Chez Oim, Créatures, Je Cuisine chez Toi) has created a unique dining experience on the rooftop of Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann. With Franklin Azzi behind the venue’s architecture and Pierre Marie as artistic director, Tortuga offers a delightful mix of styles with a single key ingredient at its core: seasonal, locally sourced, wild fish.
