The Westin Paris – Vend\u00f4me offers its guests a terrace infused with the colors of “C\u00f4te des Roses<\/strong>“, evoking a journey to the south of France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This ros\u00e9 wine pays tribute to the beauty of the Mediterranean coastline, and notably the beach from which it takes its name: “La C\u00f4te des Roses”, but also to the universal symbol of the rose: Love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He imagines a generous and innovative cuisine, highlighting fresh and seasonal products from the Mediterranean terroir. David Reneux creates exceptional visual and gustatory compositions, stimulating the senses of his guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, inspired by the spirit and flavours of the terrace, Philippe Guidi and his team have composed a selection of wine cocktails as an ode to the rose. The aromas of fruits and floral notes enhance the emblematic wines of the G\u00e9rard Bertrand estates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each cocktail, such as “Red Eden<\/strong>“, “Sugar Moon<\/strong>” or “Wildfire<\/strong>“, pays homage to different varieties of roses, offering the promise of bucolic walks to mitigate the high summer temperatures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
