The chef<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With a passion for cooking, Mory Sacko opened MoSuk<\/a>e<\/a><\/strong> in 2020. Temporarily closed during the confinement of the same year, he set up a takeaway menu inspired by the Street-Food spirit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parisians discovered the flavours of his fried chicken and burger versions. The offer was exported to the Lollapalooza<\/a><\/strong> music festival before being rolled out for the first time in a restaurant at Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Bathed in light, in a d\u00e9cor of raw, uncluttered wood where colours and noble materials meet. The combination of beige and cream creates a relaxing, well-travelled atmosphere. The arch symbolises the bridges between West Africa, France and Japan, Mory Sacko’s inspiration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
