The Giant Christmas Tree
For this year’s special 130th Christmas celebrations, the tree also symbolises the connection between the store’s heritage and its 21st century contemporary focus. Inspired by 1950s Christmas window scenes and the restored Byzantine facade, it features 20,000 programmable lights and cutting-edge technology.
Crowning the Christmas tree is fibre-optic firework effect lighting, directly inspired by the designer’s, Kevin Germanier, dazzling dresses.

Christmas window displays
This year, to celebrate 130 years of magic, our window displays reinvent tradition with a modern sparkle. Under the direction of Benoît Laumaillé and the sustainable vision of designer Kevin Germanier, each scene is adorned with recycled materials and a dazzling light, symbolizing Paris.
