A gourmet pop-up in the heart of fashion
From 29 April to 17 June 2025, BO&MIE, the creative Parisian bakery, will be setting up shop on the 3rd floor of Galeries Lafayette Haussmann as part of the ‘La Mode a du Goût’ (Fashion has Taste) event. Two years after its first appearance at Galeries Lafayette Gourmet, BO&MIE is returning to this temple of style and gastronomy with a 100% homemade sweet and savoury offering designed to melt the hearts of fashion and food lovers alike.
On the menu at this pop-up stand, you will find:
- The signature pastries, starting with the unmissable New York Roll and raspberry croissants,
- A selection of baked goods ‘to go’ (cookies, madeleines, brownies, cakes…),
- A touch of savoury with bread rolls,
- And a new range of original drinks that are not to be missed!
This pop-up is the result of a creative, modern partnership and embodies the meeting of two worlds passionate about beauty and good taste.
