Every January, the French celebrate Epiphany with a King’s Cake, or “Galette des Rois”. This traditional frangipane tart encloses a hidden lucky charm, baked into the cake. Whoever finds the charm in their slice is crowned King – or Queen – for the day. This year, our in-house chefs have whipped up a selection of delectable delights fit for a king!
