This rosé wine pays tribute to the beauty of the Mediterranean coastline, and notably the beach from which it takes its name: “La Côte des Roses”, but also to the universal symbol of the rose: Love.
Today, this charming and romantic cocoon brings together a convivial restaurant and a welcoming bar with floral and Mediterranean inspirations.

This year, inspired by the spirit and flavours of the terrace, Philippe Guidi and his team have composed a selection of wine cocktails as an ode to the rose. The aromas of fruits and floral notes enhance the emblematic wines of the Gérard Bertrand estates.
Each cocktail, such as “Red Eden“, “Sugar Moon” or “Wildfire“, pays homage to different varieties of roses, offering the promise of bucolic walks to mitigate the high summer temperatures.
