A sports club specialising in personalised coaching and support, La Source also organises bootcamps and other group classes such as yoga and boxing. The only requirement? Being motivated to improve. The coaches are on hand to give you advice on a daily basis, both in terms of sport and nutrition.

Thanks to the private lessons offered by the Club, you can benefit from made-to-measure support, a follow-up plan and a training programme specially tailored to your needs, your experience and your physical potential, for a 100% personalised programme.
You can also choose to take part in bootcamp training to improve your physical condition and push back your limits. The sessions are group-based, and team spirit and motivation are essential if you are to achieve your goals, under the guidance of a coach.

Total endurance sessions are based on low or medium intensity over a long period. For 50 minutes, a series of varied and original exercises will help you to improve your sporting performance while toning up.
Personal coaching
Accompanied by a sports coach, the personalised follow-up is based on a unique plan that enables you to achieve your goals step by step. Our coaches adapt to all profiles and are trained to support you throughout your progress.
