For several years, Galeries Lafayette has been transitioning towards fashion that is more respectful of people and the environment. After making various commitments to transform its own brands and products, in 2018 Galeries Lafayette launched Go for Good, a global movement towards more responsible fashion. During the “Fashioning change” event, discover several spaces dedicated to these commitments.
The Good Spot
To change fashion, visit The Good Spot, the corner of Galeries Lafayette for more responsible fashion. At The Good Spot, clothes, accessories and beauty products all contribute to changes to production methods and consumption patterns. They have been chosen among committed young brands as part of Go for Good, a movement that promotes the environment, social development and local production.

L’Homme – ground floor.
The brand Balzac presents its vision of more responsible fashion with a new pop-up store at Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann, from 2 September to 13 October. The pop-up store will offer workshops on how to take care of your Balzac clothing as well as customisation sessions.
Sneakers and Chill
Changing fashion is also about learning how to care for and repair before buying new. Sneakers & Chill, a specialist in trainer care and customisation, will be at L’Homme from 4 September. This is the place to go if you have any questions about personalising, cleaning and repairing trainers.
