Thierry MEUNIER holds the prestigious title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France in his profession and has been passionate about bread since he was a child. “At the Meunier bakery, all our breads are made from organic and locally-sourced types of flour”. We make our own natural yeast and are committed to not using any mixed flour. Innovation and passing on our artisan expertise is what guides our research and our creations every day.
