For items purchased on galerieslafayette.com that need to be altered, we invite you to go to the Click&Collect, located on the lower ground floor of the Coupole store. with the piece that needs to be touched up. A customer advisor will be happy to help you with any alteration requests. One of our tailors will be on hand to deal with your request.

Alternation prices
– Express service: (2 hours minimum): between €20 and €32 depending on the product and the difficulty of the touch-up.
– 4 days’ notice: between €8 and €20 depending on the product and the difficulty of the touch-up.
Only items purchased at Galeries Lafayette can be altered. Alterations of items from old collections will be subject to estimate. Items already worn must have been cleaned before any alterations. *excluding sales periods
