Located on the ground floor of the Gourmet Store, the Atelier invites you to enjoy its creations on-site or to take them away. This innovative counter concept offers a unique sensory journey centered around the exceptional delicacy that is the truffle.
Maison’s Tip:
To fully appreciate the delicate aromas of truffle without overpowering your dish, precision is key. For truffle-based recipes, allow for 8 to 12 grams of truffle per person. For truffled-infused eggs, use 3 to 4 grams per egg.
