You think you have lost one of your items in store, don't panic! Go directly to the Click & Collect space to declare the loss or theft of your object. Our teams will do their best to resolve the situation.

The lost and found service is available at Click & Collect on the lower ground floor ( Wellness Galerie) of the Coupole store.
