Founded in the heart of the Landes region, Maison Dubernet has embodied the flavours of south-western France since 1864 with its inimitable recipes for foie gras, charcuterie, confits and ready meals. The company is committed to offering high-quality duck foie gras. Combining tradition, technical expertise and respect for the products, Michel Dubernet, the founder, has always given flavours the utmost importance.

Initially specialising in duck and goose foie gras, Maison Dubernet has expanded its product range. It also produces pâtés, terrines, confits and ready-made meals with its own unique twist, to be enjoyed ‘just like at home’. The Dubernet counter also offers charcuterie: sausages, andouillettes, chipolatas and other pork-based specialities.

The company’s advice:

Semi-cooked foie gras should be kept in the refrigerator and taken out 20 minutes before serving for optimal cutting. If you wish, you can enhance the foie gras in several ways: with fleur de sel, onion confit, mango chutney, Espelette pepper or fresh figs.

Specialities:

For foie gras lovers and those curious to try new culinary experiences, Maison Dubernet has created a foie gras with morel mushrooms and another with Iberian ham. These specialities and many others are available at the Gourmet counter.
