The Levoni supply chain is certified by CSQA. Animal welfare is strictly regulated by Community standards applicable to the rearing, transport and slaughter phases. The Levoni animal welfare supply chain guarantees animal welfare on farms and during transport, responsible management of veterinary medicines and an absolute ban on the use of antibiotics during the animal’s last 4 months of life.

Levoni continues to create new recipes that will delight your taste buds. One of the House’s specialities, truffle charcuterie, is the result of meticulous research. Whole pieces and shavings of truffle, visible when cut, can be found in all the products in the range: sausages, mortadella, cured ham, etc.
