The star of this pop-up is their famous Babka, a traditional Eastern European cake, available in a range of flavors: chocolate, pistachio with orange blossom, lemon and muscovado cinnamon.
Other sweet treats are also available on site: the roll, the mouna, and the rugelach — a mini soft chocolate croissant that’s hugely popular in Israel. On the savory side, their signature sandwiches — veggie, fish, or meat — are made with hallah, a braided bread with a brioche-like texture, and are as beautiful as they are delicious.
