Les Tables du Gourmet are extending their opening hours!
The chef
With a passion for cooking, Mory Sacko opened MoSuke in 2020. Temporarily closed during the confinement of the same year, he set up a takeaway menu inspired by the Street-Food spirit.
Parisians discovered the flavours of his fried chicken and burger versions. The offer was exported to the Lollapalooza music festival before being rolled out for the first time in a restaurant at Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet.
The restaurant
Bathed in light, in a décor of raw, uncluttered wood where colours and noble materials meet. The combination of beige and cream creates a relaxing, well-travelled atmosphere. The arch symbolises the bridges between West Africa, France and Japan, Mory Sacko’s inspiration.
The menu
At MOSUGO, the chef offers a choice of two menus.
The Slim menu: Burger, Bulldog sauce and caju spices with fried plantain for veggies, plus a drink.
The Big menu: Burger with fried chicken, miso mayonnaise, pickles, wrapped in a pretzel bun and a veggie version with fried plantain, plus a drink.
As for the side dishes, try the sweet potato fries and their roasted version, order the homemade bissap or ginger juice, finish off with the famous ‘brookie’, a biscuit and brownie hybrid, and indulge in Miso Sunday and its miso caramel ice cream.
