An innovative concept
The Wine Gate is a restaurant/wine bar where you can discover and taste over 100 great wines from around the world by the glass, and buy bottles to take away. Located on the 1st floor of the Coupole store, The Wine Gate offers a wide choice of wines.
On the menu
With a breathtaking view of the Coupole, The Wine Gate offers a menu to suit every moment of the day: Champagne Brunch, lunch tasting, Afternoon Tea or after work drinks.
The menu, devised by chef Tom Vickers, includes exceptional dishes such as salmon with sake and citrus labneh, wagyu tataki and red curry duck fillet.
A digital menu suggests a pairing for each wine tasted. Or, conversely, each dish is paired with four different wines classified according to the desired budget. The aim of this digital wine list is to guide you in your choice of wine and to help you discover French and foreign wines alike.
Lastly, each glass served has a QR code providing a wealth of information about the estate, vineyard, vintage and tasting notes. Videos and even augmented reality tours of the cellars and estates are also available.
It’s an invitation to discover and enjoy the world’s greatest wines, on your own or with friends or colleagues. The Wine Gate can be found on the 1st floor of the Coupole store.
