Le Gourmet new’s cuisine
Ever a showcase for the latest trends, Galeries Lafayette invites visitors to the first floor of its Gourmet store in Paris to discover a brand-new, 1,000-sq.m. dining emporium, decorated in a style reminiscent of France’s iconic brasseries. Alongside a bar that features a select wine list drawn up by the world’s best sommeliers, the new space brings together seven restaurants, headed up by seven of the most talented chefs of the day.
These culinary artists promise to tantalize taste buds season after season, with daring creations inspired not only by French, Mediterranean, Latin American and Asian cuisine, but also by street food and veganism.
Open to everyone from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm Monday to Saturday and from 11 am to 8 pm on Sunday, this new dining space rounds out Gourmet’s offering. It now extends across three floors and 4,500 sq.m. and includes a deli, a fresh food market and a wine cellar, as well as food artisans, gourmet shops and restaurants.
