La Douce Heure, the new sunny-day hotspot in Paris
Designed to embody the sweetness of the summer season and the precise moment when the warm sun sets, this new space wrapped in the fresh, luminous colors of St-Germain is set to become the ultimate destination terrace for Parisians and travelers alike. While sipping a St-Germain Spritz, the brand’s signature cocktail, guests can take in exceptional views of historic Parisian landmarks: the Opéra Garnier, the Eiffel Tower, and the Sacré-Cœur Basilica.
To extend the experience, La Douce Heure will offer elderflower ice creams starting at noon, alongside a menu of sharing platters curated by Chef Cyril Lignac, available from 6pm.
A sun-drenched menu curated by Cyril Lignac

In 2025, the elderflower liqueur St-Germain called upon Cyril Lignac to design the ideal aperitif bite to pair with its flagship cocktail, the St-Germain Spritz, all supported by a joyful culinary team. For this new summer season, St-Germain renews its collaboration with the Chef, who has been chosen to curate the culinary menu for La Douce Heure.
Inspired by the smoothness of the St-Germain Spritz and the sweet art of living in the South of France, where he loves to recharge, Cyril Lignac has imagined three exclusive sharing plates available daily from 6pm. Each is named after a distinct characteristic of the St-Germain elderflower liqueur. Visitors can choose (or try them all!): La Florale, with raw seasonal vegetables and tzatziki sauce; La Fraîcheur, featuring sea bream crudo with elderflower, deviled eggs, Venice-style beef carpaccio, and watermelon-feta salad; or La Douceur, two Tartes Tropéziennes paired with a verbena-infused peach salad.
About St-Germain

Crafted in France from fresh elderflowers, ST-GERMAIN was launched in 2007 by American entrepreneur Rob Cooper. Named in tribute to Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the legendary Parisian district, it is the result of the distiller’s fascination with France, its history, and its spirits—an expertise inherited from his grandfather, N.J. Sky Cooper, creator of Chambord liqueur in 1987. Faithful to a pure recipe without any preservatives or artificial flavors, ST-GERMAIN liqueur guarantees the most delicate expression of elderflower, with notes of exotic fruits, grapefruit, and pear, finished with a hint of citrus. Floral and fruity, inside its sublime and iconic bottle, ST-GERMAIN has conquered the world, appreciated on its own as well as for its remarkable versatility.
